The small town of Chamois is located at an altitude of 1810 meters, in Valtournenche and its main characteristic is that motor vehicles can't circulate.
Chamois is only reachable with a cableway from Buisson, or by making a long and pleasant walk starting from the the town of Magdeleine, or even with a walk from the village of Buisson, Antey Saint André.

The 200 year old barn called rascard in the Val d'Aosta dialect, was completely renovated: the original structure was preserved, but inside there are all the comforts of a modern home. Since 2010 this one of a kind little gem is available to customers and friends, and it was called B & B Rascard d'Antan.
